Command is not a dashboard to admire; it is the system of record for what the company is doing.

Start of day

  1. Sign in with your own identity.
  2. Check Dashboard and System Health.
  3. Review submissions, tasks, incidents, legal/rights expirations and scheduled programming.
  4. Review any upcoming advertiser obligations and broadcast assets.
  5. Confirm yesterday's incidents or unresolved alerts are assigned.

Core workflows

Creator / content

Submission → rights → QC → Content Library → Schedule → broadcast → analytics/report.

Website

Site Studio → preview → publish. Use Code Studio only if safe overrides cannot do the job.

Advertising

Inventory → approval/flight → break/bug assignment → preview → TAKE → proof-of-play.

Incident

Log incident → assign owner → stabilize service → document resolution → postmortem.

End of day

  1. Resolve or assign open incidents.
  2. Check audit log for unexpected changes.
  3. Verify tomorrow's schedule and rights status.
  4. Make sure no emergency/maintenance state was accidentally left active.
  5. Sign out on shared/temporary devices.
