CUE should prepare an asset without putting it on air. TAKE is the live action.
Emergency controls

| Emergency stop broadcast | Sets public state Off Air and queues OBS StopStream when agent is connected. |

Realtime vs fallback control
The HVN presentation runtime has a conservative polling fallback, but public broadcast operation should use the realtime control Worker so TAKE/CLEAR/emergency changes arrive immediately rather than waiting for a fallback poll. When realtime is connected, the browser greatly reduces fallback polling.
Timed controls now self-normalize
Station IDs, screen-bug ads and commercial breaks normalize back to the correct database state after their configured duration. Early clears/returns are recorded as interrupted instead of falsely appearing as completed.
